Samuel Eto’o has become embroiled in a diplomatic row with Cameroon’s Sports Minister over the future of head coach Antonio Conceicao as the fallout from the country’s third-place finish Africa Cup of Nations () continues.
Eto’o told Narcisse Mouelle Kombi any decision concerning a managerial change ultimately rested with Cameroon’s Football Association (FECAFOOT), of which he is the president.
Earlier this week, Kombi had told Cameroonian broadcaster CRTV that Conceicao would be in charge for the upcoming international fixtures next month.

‘Every time we have won a trophy, it has been with a foreign coach. What is more important now is the [World Cup] playoffs in March,’ he said.
‘The priority is not to destabilise the team by decapitating it.
‘We are in a phase of rebuilding. When we look at the record under the Conceicao era, we have two defeats out of 23 matches, and 14 matches without conceding a goal.’
After sports Minister Mouelle Kombi said last sunday that Cameroon’s head coach Antonio Conceicao will be in charge of world cup qualifiers in March, kombi Servisi FECAFOOT boss Samuel Etoo has written to him to disagree.
Antonio Conceicao has been in charge of Cameroon since 2019
Eto’o, however, swiftly reminded Cameroon’s Spots Minister that deciding the future of the national team’s manager was not part of his remit.
In a letter addressed to Kombi, the former Barcelona, Chelsea and Inter Milan striker pointed out a presidential decree from 2014 stated that the ‘FECAFOOT is in charge of the administrative, sporting and technical management of Cameroon’s national teams. If you loved this write-up and you would like to obtain far more details with regards to kombi Servisi kindly take a look at our own web site. ‘
He added choosing to continue with Conceicao or appointing a new manager remained a prerogative of the Cameroonian FA and not something the Sports Minister could decide upon.
Eto’o pushed back on Kombi’s suggestion Conceicao will be in charge next month
The Indomitable Lions finished third in the AFCON on home soil earlier this month
Cameroon hosted AFCON for the first time in 50 years last month, but the Indomitable Lions’ hopes of reclaiming the title they last lifted in 2017 came to an end as they lost to Egypt on penalties in the semi-final.
Cameroon eventually finished third after coming back from 3-0 down in the third-place playoff to beat Burkina Faso on penalties, but that wasn’t enough to prevent Conceicao from being heavily criticised in some quarters.
The Portuguese, Kombi Servisi who has been in charge of Cameroon since 2019, kombi Servisi was lambasted for poor tactical decisions and for persisting with what his detractors consider a dull brand kombi servisi of football.
April 14 (Reuters) – Organisers of the Saudi Cup, Kombi Servisi the world’s richest horse race, have said they will withhold the $20 million prize purse pending the completion of an internal investigation after winning trainer Jason Servis was indicted in a doping scheme.
Servis, who trained race winner Maximum Security, Kombi Servisi was one of 27 trainers, veterinarians, drug distributors and others charged in the United States last month in a wide-ranging scheme to drug horses and cheat bettors.
Maximum Security won Saudi Cup in February and the colt’s owner Gary West fired Servis following his indictment, replacing him with Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert.
The Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA) said in a statement that its investigation into Servis had been slowed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The JCSA is aware that Jason Servis has been indicted in the US on charges relating to the administration of prohibited substances to horses under his care and control,” the statement said.
“The JCSA is conducting its own investigation into the allegations and until that is concluded, will withhold payment of prize money to all connections of horses placed in prize-winning positions.
“The decision has been communicated privately to connections of Saudi Cup runners.Due to difficult operational circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the investigation is not yet concluded. If you have just about any queries regarding wherever and how you can make use of kombi Servisi, kombi Servisi you are able to call us in our website. “
Maximum Security held off Midnight Bisou to win the Saudi Cup with Benbatl finishing third. The winner was to receive $10 million, with the runner-up and third-placed finisher earning $3.5 million and $2 million.
Servis, who prosecutors say covertly administered performance-enhancing drugs to Maximum Security and “virtually all of the racehorses under his control,” would plead not guilty to the charges, his lawyer has said.
Maximum Security also finished first in the 2019 Kentucky Derby but was later disqualified for interference. (Reporting by Simon Jennings in Bengaluru; Editing by Peter Rutherford )

In terms of wedding trends, in recent years nuptials have become less formal and more casual, with flower headbands, flowing dresses and DIY table decorations common.
Now one Australian couple has enjoyed what might be one of the most beautifully bohemian weddings ever, at Nelson’s Bay in Sydney.
Annie and Paul Lemaire-Brooks were married on March 16 2016, in a distinct wedding that featured a kombi Servisi van, sunflowers, and Paul Kelly lyrics.

It was, Annie told Daily Mai Australia, a ‘Hollywood moment’ that seemed almost to good to be true.
‘I was only there for one night,’ she explained. ‘I was with my friend in town and it started snowing, and being from Bondi Beach I had never seen the snow fall from the sky.’
‘So we went into the pub for a pint because I could hear them playing ACDC.’

The female bartender in the pub convinced Annie and her friend to come back later, as they had a band playing. When she visited later that night, there Paul was.
‘The first thing I said to him was ‘”Can you turn the heating on, I’m freezing!”‘ Annie laughed. ‘He said there’s no heating so that he would make my Jack Daniels a double.’
I sat down but then I saw him climbing over the tables to shut all the windows. This lanky punk guy with a Mohawk and paratrooper boots was climbing on the tables for me, which I thought was sweet.’

They also had special touches, like a photo of Annie’s dad (right) who passed away before the wedding
Annie paired her lace dress with boho touches like anklets and a yellow garter
Annie was only in town for that night. But she loved the pub so much she joked she would move there. And three months later, after travelling, she did.
‘I found the pub randomly one day after a shift at work,’ she explained. ‘I walked in and there was Paul.’
‘We started dating and then we moved in together two weeks later.’
The couple moved to Australia, where they spent five years living in Sydney, before relocating back to the UK and settling in London.

The wedding venue was at Nelson’s Park in Sydney (pictured), where Annie used to swim as a child
When it came to planning their wedding, the couple decided to have two ceremonies; the legal wedding in Sydney, and then a blessing in Sheffield.

The couple had cupcakes because Paul used to bring one home for Annie on his bike every Friday
Everything from the location of the wedding, at Nelson’s Park where Annie used to swim as a child, to the wedding stationary, was significant.
‘We wanted a festival vibe, very bright, colourful and relaxed,’ the 31-year-old explained. ‘It was just a casual gathering of friends.’
‘We did a little bit of DIY, and used Etsy and Pinterest for inspiration. The finer details for us is really important.’
Annie said they used Pintrest and Etsy for inspiration, and DIYed a lot
The flowers were bought at the markets and arranged by one of Annie’s bridesmaids Peta
They didn’t have a bridal table, but instead put their bridesmaids on tables with their friends
The flowers were a big part of the wedding, as sunflowers are both Annie and Paul’s favourite flower.
One of Annie’s bridesmaid’s, Peta, bought all the flowers from the markets and kombi servisi arranged them for the days leading up to the wedding, kombi servisi so the arrangements were done with love.
The couple also gave their guests sunflower seeds as a present, with the message ‘From little things big things grow’ on them, a reference to the Paul Kelly song.
Even the cupcakes were significant, as Paul used to work as a bike messenger when he first moved to Sydney, and would balance a cupcake on his handlebars on his ride home on Fridays to give to Annie.
The couple’s favourite flower is sunflowers, so it was a must that they were in the bouquets
Instead of confetti, guests blew bubbles, Kombi Servisi which Annie said was her way of ‘blowing love into the sky’ for her Dad
The couple gifted each guest sunflower seeds with the message ‘From little things big things grow’
Even the wedding photography represented who the couple were, with Annie and Paul forgoing traditional shots and opting for fun, casual photosby .
They took photos in a kombi van, on the beach, and with beer and champagne in their hands.
There were also lots of photos taken with loved ones, which was bittersweat for Annie, whose father passed away shortly before the wedding day.
They weren’t able to use confetti in the national park, so instead guests blew bubbles over the couple when the ceremony was over.
‘I lost my dad just before wedding,’ Annie explained. ‘The bubbles were a little way of me blowing love into the sky for my loved ones.’
Annie and Paul are now settled in London and preparing to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary
I booked a boiler repair as I had no hot water or heating. My partner took the day off to be at home but the engineer arrived just when she’d gone up the road to drop off our daughter at school at 8.53am.
The engineer rang me and I told him she’d be back at any minute. She arrived home at 9.09am but he’d left three minutes earlier because he had a ‘15 minute wait time’.
We were left for five days without hot water or heating. TT
Left in the cold: Our reader was left with a broken boiler for 5 days because a Vaillant engineer drove off after a few minutes of waiting
Angharad Carrick of This Is Money replies: I’m sorry to hear about your experience with Vaillant.
Being without hot water and heating at any time of the year is tough but now we’ve reached winter I can’t imagine how distressing those five days would have been. Not least with a young child.
On top of that you had paid for a full day parking permit for your engineer and your partner had arranged with her work to be at home, which further rubs salt in the wound.
Vaillant has a policy of a 15 minute waiting period for their engineers.
Your engineer arrived at 8.50am, when no one was in, but he spoke to you three minutes later when you told him your partner would be home within minutes.
The engineer left at 9.06am just three minutes before your partner came home.

You say that from when the engineer pressed the buzzer he actually only waited 14 minutes until leaving.
The engineer claimed to be watching the door kombi servisi to see if anyone had arrived home but your CCTV shows he was parked facing in the opposite direction and he made no second attempt at pressing your buzzer.
One of the most mind boggling parts of this tale is that you were given no warning as to when the engineer would show up.When you beloved this informative article and also you desire to get more information relating to kombi Servisi i implore you to pay a visit to our own website. Instead he arrived unannounced.
Even the very worst delivery companies give you some estimation as to when your parcel might arrive, even if it’s a time frame of five or six hours.
I contacted Vaillant myself to ask whether it was common practice to stick so rigidly to the 15 minute grace period, especially given you had told the engineer your partner would be home shortly.
A spokesperson for Vaillant said: ‘Our engineers are working hard to make sure homes are warm and have hot water throughout the winter.
‘For every appointment we have a 15-minute grace period to wait for a customer if they are out, this is to make sure we can deliver our services to all scheduled customers throughout the day, without having to cancel appointments.
‘In this instance, the customer’s warranty needed to be validated by a Vaillant installer as there hadn’t been an annual service carried out for more than a year. The customer’s warranty has now been re-validated and the repair carried out under its terms.’
Top Money stories
While they might dispute when their 15 minute grace period starts, you had clearly communicated with the engineer that he would not have to wait for long to be let into your flat.
While Vaillant claim their engineers work hard to make sure homes are warm, you, your partner and young child were left cold for five days.
I understand the next time Vaillant sent out an engineer they rang ahead to let you know they were on their way.
I therefore asked Vaillant whether it is standard practice to call ahead and if it is, Kombi Servisi why it did not happen in the first instance.
Unfortunately they were reluctant to tell me and referred me back to their original statement.
Instead of the engineer waiting for a few minutes, Vaillant had to send someone back out to fix your boiler causing more work for themselves in the long run.
I’m sure you’ll now think twice about using Vaillant again but at least your boiler is now fixed.

has warned consumers to watch out for fake messages claiming to be from .
The Government’s energy price cap to shield households and businesses from the worst of the impact of soaring oil and gas prices comes into effect today.
Under the energy price guarantee – which limits the unit price paid for electricity and gas – means the annual bill for a typical household in England, Scotland and Wales will be held to around £2,500 for the next two years.
A similar scheme will operate in .
The Business and Energy Secretary said that any messages requesting personal or financial details should be treated as fraudulent as no applications are required and support will reach people automatically.
Households will see the first instalment of the £400 energy bill support scheme in their October electricity bill.
Jacob Rees-Mogg has warned consumers to watch out for fake messages claiming to be from Ofgem
The discount will be automatically applied monthly in six instalments between October and March 2023.
In a statement, kombi servisi Jacob Rees-Mogg said: ‘While Putin’s weaponisation of energy has driven energy prices to record highs, we will not let his regime harm this country’s businesses and households.
‘Unprecedented government support is beginning this weekend, protecting families and businesses across the country from what was going to be an 80 per cent increase in energy bills this winter.’
‘I also urge people today to stay alert to scams. This support will reach people automatically and there is no need to apply,’ he added.

The Government has said that without action, Kombi Servisi energy bills had been expected to hit £3,500 from October rising as high as £6,500 next year.
Businesses, charities and public sector organisations will also be protected over the next six months.
Liz Truss said: ‘Livelihoods and businesses were at stake. The Government’s energy support limits the price they pay for gas and electricity, shields them from massive bill increases, and is expected to curb inflation too.
‘The cost of not acting would have been enormous.’
It was previously reported that scammers are sending out fake texts pretending to be the Government offering discounts on energy bills.
It was previously reported that scammers are sending out fake texts (pictured) pretending to be the Government offering discounts on energy bills
The fake messages, pretending to be from GovUK, are telling people they are eligible to apply online for a discounted energy bill as part of the Energy Bill Support Scheme.
Ofgem confirmed to MailOnline that it has seen a rise in the number of ‘reports of scammers claiming you can get the £400 Energy Bill Support Scheme by registering bank details’.
The bogus texts have been sent from a range of different numbers. Some of the messages claim to come from ‘UK Help’, whereas others have come from a ‘Help Scheme’ or unknown numbers
The message reads: ‘GOVUK: You are eligible for a discounted energy bill under the Energy Bills Support Scheme. If you treasured this article therefore you would like to get more info pertaining to kombi Servisi nicely visit our own webpage. You can apply here.’

How to beat energy bills rise: From turning off power-hungry appliances to charging your phone at work…cash-saving tips on eve of £2,500 price cap rise (and don’t forget to take your meter reading)
By
Households across the UK were urged to take meter readings last night and prepare for higher energy bills from today as the typical bill will rise to no more than £2,500.
The new cap on energy prices, which is a rise of £529, will come into force from today, but is only a cap on the cost per unit and not a limit on a household’s total bill.
Households are therefore preparing to watch their energy use closely this winter as millions are predicted to struggle to pay their bills.
Top tips include switching off devices usually on standby, defrosting the freezer and adjusting boiler settings to reduce temperature flow.
The government announced the new limit at the start of the month in an aim to ease the crippling crisis, which has seen fuel, energy and food bills soar.
Energy industry experts warned households to read and submit their energy meter readings to their supplier before the price hike today to stop providers from estimating usage and charging a higher rate.
It comes as 16 energy companies were told to improve how they support customers struggling with money by Ofgem this week.
Ofgem had previously announced that the cap would rise to take the typical bill to more than £3,500 per year, with forecasts that this could peak at more than £6,000 in 2023.
But Prime Minister Liz Truss announced a two-year limit on the unit cost of electricity and gas, saving the typical household around £1,000.
Despite the step, markets have been in turmoil this week after the Chancellor announced a swathe of new tax cuts amounting to around £45 billion.
The Government fixed the energy price per unit to £2,500 to stop it rising to £3,549 in October. The cap goes into effect today
Martin Lewis (pictured Thursday), founder of MoneySavingExpert.com, warned that there is ‘no £2,500 cap’ on energy bills and that households who use more than the typical amount of gas and electricity ‘will pay more’
Households can save money on their bills by turning down the flow temperature on the boiler and turning off its pre-heat function, which ensures a small amount of water is always kept hot and ready for use.
Brits are also advised to switch off and unplug appliances instead of leaving them on standby, defrosting the fridge and freezer and charging electric devices at work, kombi Servisi rather than at home.
Former Conservative MP Edwina Currie previously advised Good Morning Britain viewers to put foil behind their radiators to preserve heat, leaving Martin Lewis ‘speechless’.
She said earlier this month: ‘What we have to do is not get it, not get emotional about it to the exclusion of using some common sense, to try to sit down and think about what we can all do, whether it’s in our businesses, whether it’s in our homes, not everybody can, I accept that, but many of us can do something and when we can, that helps everybody else.
‘We really have to be cool and calm.’
She went on to offer viewers tips on how to keep their homes heated this winter, including the ‘dirty cheap’ method of wrapping tin foil on the backs of radiators to spread warmth and moving sofas away from heaters.
Ms Currie said: ‘Here’s one of my suggestions for a tip, something that’s dirt cheap, Martin knows about this sort of thing, you put some of this behind your radiators.
‘It really works, it makes the whole room nice and warm and it means you can turn down your thermostat without it causing you any more discomfort.
‘Most people my age have lived in houses without central heating, but we are dependent on it now and this kind of thing makes such a difference.’
Mr Lewis could be seen clutching his head in her hands as she held up a sheet of shiny tin foils to the screen.
Prices began rising as the world recovered from the coronavirus pandemic and saw a huge uptick in demand for oil and gas.
This was compounded by Putin’s invasion of Ukraine in February, which saw countries across Europe put in place strict sanctions on Russia and limit their reliance on Russian energy sources.
Russia has also cut off energy to various NATO member states by closing oil and gas pipelines.
Ms Truss has said Russia’s invasion of Ukraine had shown up the ‘flaws’ in the UK’s energy strategy over ‘decades’.
‘This is the moment to be bold.We are facing a global energy crisis and there are no cost-free options,’ she said.
Amid mounting apprehension about the terrifying cost of hitting the Government’s net zero carbon target and replacing our gas boilers with eco-friendly heat pumps, is doing his utmost to reassure us.
In typically florid language, the Prime Minister insists that ‘the Boiler Police are not going to kick your door in with their sandal-clad feet and seize – at carrot point – your trusty old combi’.
Yet he is undoubtedly on a mission ahead of next week’s Cop26 summit – and Chancellor ‘s attempt to inject an air of economic reality into the hugely ambitious programme is hitting an immovable force.Sound financial sense is being swept aside.
In his rush to decarbonise, Johnson appears to be unmoved by the essential needs of manufacturing and households for secure energy supplies. Wilfully ignored is the fact that much of the technology and infrastructure required for a carbon-free Britain isn’t up to the job, is untested or has yet to be developed.

What is more, at a time when global markets for energy sources such as gas and oil are in turmoil, a Treasury study has revealed, incredibly, that the investment required to decarbonise Britain has never fully been costed.
Little wonder Rishi Sunak is so fearful. The Treasury warns bluntly that Britain’s race to net zero ahead of rival countries could make us increasingly uncompetitive.
And however Bunterish Boris Johnson might be, costs will increase because of the Government’s eco-policies – a fact missing from the script yesterday as he sought to whip up excitement among potential investors at a global summit in London.
The Prime Minister admitted this week that ‘the UK is deciding to make a big bet on green technology’.But the gamble is in danger of going horribly wrong.
In all manner of areas, red warning lights are flashing. Take the plan to ban all new gas boilers by 2035. Householders are offered grants of £5,000 each over the next three years to rip out gas boilers and install heat pumps.
Chancellor Rishi Sunak’s attempt to inject an air of economic reality into the hugely ambitious climate change programme is hitting an immovable force
Yet not only is this sum a fraction of the cost which is nearer £20,000, the total grant money covers just 90,000 of Britain’s 25million households – and heat pumps don’t work in many homes anyway.
Likewise, by banning new petrol and diesel cars by 2030, the UK will need more than ten times the 25,000 existing charging points according to the Competition and Markets Authority.
It is an extraordinary, difficult and ambitious target to meet. And, in the meantime, battery range is a genuine problem for vast numbers of drivers while the Treasury faces a £40billion black hole from the loss of vehicle tax once we are finally all electric.
Of course the world needs to change to counter global warming, and Rishi Sunak is fully aware of the fact.Nor is it true that he lacks the ability to back bold, Kombi Servisi visionary ideas – he is behind the freeport development on Teesside, for instance, where international businesses will be encouraged to invest through tax breaks.
But the Chancellor recognises only too well that reaching the green nirvana imagined by Johnson at such breakneck speed could have terrible consequences. For the journey risks being interrupted by power blackouts, the elderly freezing in their homes and budgetary mayhem.

This rush towards decarbonising Britain could not come at a worse moment given current global circumstances.Since May, the price of traditional energy resources has soared by 95 per cent.
Britain has come so close to running out of power that the National Grid – responsible for making sure the nation has adequate energy – invited the biggest electricity supplier EDF to switch back on its coal generator at West Burton in Nottinghamshire where it is almost certainly burning German or Russian-imported coal.
Elsewhere in the world the US, which has abundant oil and gas resources and reserves, has seen petrol prices surge to $3 (£2.18) an American gallon – the highest level for several years.
Blackouts have hit the two biggest emerging market nations, India and China, while much of continental Europe has been reminded sharply how dependent it is on remaining friends with Vladimir Putin in order to keep Russian exports of natural gas to the continent flowing.
Normally, as the northern hemisphere heads into winter, oil, gas and coal stocks are at record levels. But this year, they have fallen way below where they should be, while coal stocks in India and China – huge consumers of the black stuff – are also right down.
Compared to so many other countries, Britain is doubly disadvantaged by its headlong rush to decarbonise. The UK floats on a sea of undeveloped fossil fuel resources, from clean coal in Cumbria to the Jackdaw oil and gas field more than 150 miles east of Aberdeen, and huge shale gas reserves around Blackpool.
But, as we relentlessly pursue the target of a carbon-free Britain by 2050, these resources are firmly locked up even though the country has virtually no natural gas storage capacity.
In seeking to claim the ethical high ground, the UK is placing its whole economy at risk while our competitors adopt a much more realistic approach.

To take one example, in this country less than 2 per cent of our energy was sourced from coal last year.If you loved this short article and you would certainly like to get additional facts regarding kombi Servisi kindly visit the internet site. Compare that with Germany where the figure was nearer 25 per cent.
It’s true that President Joe Biden is adopting bolder carbon emission standards. But, from the coalfields of West Virginia to fracking operations in West Texas, fossil fuels are still the main driving force of American power production.
As inspiring as it may be that, when the wind blows, more than 50 per cent of Britain’s energy is now provided by offshore windfarms, we shouldn’t kid ourselves that this places us at the forefront of this technology.
Many of the pylons are fabricated in China and some of the more sophisticated technologies provided by Denmark. We are still waiting for the UK’s manufacturing revolution for clean energy to emerge. And we are already well behind on car-battery factories – Germany has six or so under construction against one gigaplant in the UK.
There was great excitement when British industrial giant Ineos, founded and run by billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe, announced he was getting full-square behind the hydrogen-fuel revolution, believing it to be the power source of the future for heavy trucks and perhaps locomotives.
The only problem is that he has chosen to build the first multi-billion hydrogen plants in Germany, Norway and Belgium rather than the UK.
While garage forecourts in London and other big cities are seeking to address the switch to electrified vehicles by removing traditional fuel pumps and replacing them with charging stations, this is leading to its own short-term problem.
With each petrol pump removed, petrol and kombi servisi diesel storage capacity is also diminished – and we saw recently what happens when we don’t have enough fuel available at petrol stations.
recently, my own household experienced an example of how ill-thought-out green policies cause economic harm. The repair firm which has kept our German-built washer and dryer running for 14 years arrived for a regular service call.
The engineer advised us to buy new machines, saying his firm would no longer be able to operate in London because its diesel vehicles and kombi Servisi the new £12.50 low-emissions charging zone made it financially unworkable.
The mission to decarbonise Britain and place climate change at the heart of the nation’s agenda is certainly a noble cause. But Boris Johnson has to balance his thinking with realpolitik.
Other advanced nations want to decarbonise too but recognise that, during the transformation, it is critical to ensure that there is no interruption to supplies which would harm economic security.
Sunak and the Treasury are absolutely right to draw attention to the potential costs of pursuing the Prime Minister’s green agenda. The transition to mass market eco-technologies is fantastically complicated and many of the proposed solutions are far from ready.
In rushing the fences, Britain is in danger of recklessly compromising this country’s growth and financial stability.
